Who  We  Are               What  a  Community  Foundation  Does
Board  of  Directors

The community foundation idea is simple: Anyone may use it to give something back to the community.

Assets donated to the foundation create one of several types of funds to support the donor's charitable goals. We offer a full menu of planned giving options.

A fund can be created in honor of a loved one, to celebrate a special event, or for any number of other reasons. When a fund is established, the donor can recommend gifts broadly or narrowly to issues of interest, or the board can be given discretion to use the earnings wherever the needs are greatest. However you give, your gift can changes lives -- today and in the future.

We use professionals to invest and manage our assets. Our board is made up of local citizens who know the community. And our staff can help you create the gift that makes the difference you want.

We offer power and flexibility in charitable giving without the legal paperwork, time, and expenses associated with running a private foundation. We can help set up a fund that will maximize both tax advantages and impact in the community -- now and forever -- helping you help your community.

Finances

Copies of the foundation's audited financial statements, prepared by Painter and Pherson P.C., are available at our office.
