Please read carefully before
accessing the online application.
To access the on-line application, you’ll need
Acrobat Reader (available as a free download
here). The
application file may take several minutes to download; if it doesn’t
work, make sure you have a recent version of Acrobat
Reader. If you still can’t download the application you
may need to use a different computer or get a hard copy
from your high school guidance office.
Once you open the file, select the hand tool, position
the pointer in the field you wish to fill in, and begin
typing. You can navigate from field to field using the
tab key or by repositioning the cursor.
All fields have restrictions on the amount of text that
may be entered. Some fields will auto-complete; for
example, if you type your name in one blank, it will
automatically fill in all blanks for your name.
The form cannot be saved and completed another time;
if you try to save, you will lose all information you’ve
already filled in. For this reason you may want to print
out a blank copy to use as a draft; when your draft is
complete, fill out the online application.
Once you’ve completed typing the application, print it
out as instructed. The application cannot be submitted
electronically.
Remember to sign the application once you’ve printed it
out. Unsigned applications are disqualified.
All application materials are due in
our office by noon, January 15, 2009.
